KATHLEEN STONE

Kathleen has over 25 years of experience leading the Learning and Development and Talent Development functions in Fortune 500 Financial Services (Nuveen, ING, Voya) companies. She has created startup learning and development functions and leads transformational initiatives to drive corporate success. She has participated on several corporate executive advisory boards, including Skillsoft, Cornerstone, and Kaplan. Kathleen was able to improve and maintain first attempt FINRA licensing pass rates by 30% by implementing process improvement based on key data.   

 

She has a passion for developing people and  performance consulting. Kathleen earned her M.S. in Human Resources Development from Xavier University and her B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.
